Meet our couple!

How did it all go down?

Tristan proposed to Jordan on New Year's 2020.

“3 minutes before 12 he pulled me to the side in front of all our friends and family to watch the fireworks and at 12 he got down on one knee and proposed with fireworks going off in the background. It was the sweetest proposal I could have imagined”, said Jordan.

So romantic and the perfect way to start the new year.

Details that Inspire:

Jordan has admirable taste in shoes. Have you ever seen the most beautiful sparkly heels? Because I can assure you, the sky high heels she wore caught everyone’s eyes as she walked down the aisle.

Should I do a first look at my wedding? Great question that we’re asked frequently.

Pro tip- if you’re on the fence about a first look, but you are thinking of a way to calm nerves before saying “I do”, maybe a fake first look is something to think about. Tristian’s face was hilarious to watch as he turned around and saw his groomsmen in a white dress. It definitely made everyone who was watching laugh. What a fun wedding day prank!

Another way to enjoy the first look experience but preserve the “down the aisle” moment is by doing a first look with your parents.  One of the sweetest moments from their day was when Jordan did a first look with Dad and gave him a personalized gift. But be ready for the water works: there wasn’t a dry eye in the place!

I know you’re wondering- an outdoor summer wedding in East Texas?  How do you keep guests cool at summer weddings?

Keep wedding guests cool on summer days

Jordan hand made these personalized fans for all of her guests. They were able to use them during the ceremony, then take them home as a favor. Such a hit!

They were the life of the party- he returned her prank with one of his own.  When it was time to remove the garter, he did THIS:

They did a faux exit and came back to party the night away before they began their FOREVER together!
