Sunset Package

Our most luxurious package option. Be a guest at your own wedding! For the BUSY (decisive) Bride who wants professionals to handle the details and decorating with beautiful fresh florals! “Just show up” with your officiant, photographer, dress: get married and party the night away!

Bar Service

The bar is EASY, custom, and affordable at Sunset Oaks.

From beer and wine to Signature Cocktails- just enjoy the part while our In-House Bar Service does the rest!

  • Simply book our in-house Bar Service to provide bartending and security services.

  • Pick your custom menu and choose how much you’d like to spend in advance.

  • If your tab runs out, you have the option of switching to cash bar.

  • Security is included in the bar service fee- woohoo!

All Inclusive Package FAQs

How does it work?

  1. Select a Package at booking: Choose a package that fits your vision- from “just a little help” to “just show up.” You may do this at booking or add-on at a later date.

  2. Questionnaire: Once the 25% payment is made, we’ll send the questionnaire for you and your fiance to take your time discussing your preferences and priorities.

  3. Consultation: Book a call to review the questionnaire with us! We’ll check vendor availability in advance and make recommendations if we know the perfect fit, OR gather more details from you.

  4. Vendor Assignments: We will share your general needs with the available vendors within our network and book + pay them for you. We connect you with each vendor via email. If you are undecided, we may connect you with two options and ask for you to choose the best fit! Don’t hesitate to ask lots of questions during this phase!

  5. Detailed Selections: If you are choosing a certain menu, florals, or cake flavors, you will work directly with the vendor to customize. Your DJ will share a blank song list to collect your music.

  6. Wedding Portal Binder: We create a custom wedding planning portal with all vendor inclusions and selections for transparency throughout the procces. You’ll also get a custom Canva wedding binder with your wedding day details, floor plan, timeline, etc!

  7. Coordinating & Decorating: You will connect with them along the way (3-4 mo prior to the wedding) and communicate your detailed vision so they can put it into a plan our team can execute while you and your family enjoy the big day.

  8. Final Confirmations: At your coordinating & decorating meeting (4-6 weeks prior to the wedding), bring your final guest count, and you’ll choose the place setting and arrange a timeline & processional. We make final arrangements, payments, and order applicable supplies for you! All bar payments and menu selections are final at this time.

  9. Wedding Day: We ensure all services are delivered per agreement! The applicable vendors work seamlessly with the venue team to bring your best day ever to life! ENJOY THE BIG DAY

What are the menu options?

How do I add the Bar & Security?

You’ll book directly with Top Shelf Events to secure bar service & security. Alcohol can be pre-paid (fully hosted) or by consumption (minimum $500 tab)

Is alcohol included?

Alcohol is separate. A hosted tab can be pre-paid (fully hosted) or by consumption (minimum $500 tab pre-paid). Cost of alcohol will depend on consumption and your menu choice.

What cake flavors are available?

Basic flavors like chocolate, lemon, wedding cake, vanilla, etc. Icing: buttercream (fondant is excluded). Cake includes consult, tasting, delivery, cake cutting service, plates, and forks.

Can I modify my package?

Guest count can be modified, or in house services can be added a-la-carte. We do not make substitutions for outside vendors but are happy to recommend vendors to hire directly if you choose a-la-carte.

Who do I count towards my guest count?

Anyone who needs a chair and a plate. We will go off your floor plan seating arrangement.

Do we pick our own vendors?

The all inclusive process narrows down what you want, and we will match you with the best available vendor. This takes the guesswork out of vendor shopping for you. 100% of the time, we’ve been able to source a good match, even for custom needs! No shopping, quotes, or comparisons for you. Just sharing what you want, and voila, we find it. We will quickly know if we can’t provide what you are looking for, and we will be completely upfront and help you find another solution. Even if it means removing the package and finding you vendors to book directly instead.

Packages are for 5 hours, what if we want a longer wedding reception?

You still have the full rental period PLUS extra bridal suite access! Pre-set package pricing is for 5 hour weddings (ceremony start until music off), the event itself typically last 4-5 hours before 90% of guests are gone. You’ll often find additional vendor time is not needed. If you choose to pay your package vendors for an additional reception hour, we will convey the cost to you depending on the situation. 11 pm is the latest end time, and 7 am is the earliest possible access time.

It sounds like most of the wedding planning is done for me with an all inclusive- what’s left for me to do?

  • Bring additional vendors not included in your specific package. We’ll share a “vendors we love” list to start your search!

  • Make your wedding website and handle the invitations/RSVPs.

  • Respond quickly to info requests and make decisions in a timely manner: decor questionnaires, menu, songs.

  • Save inspo to share with our decorating team for your moodboard.

  • Fill out the Wedding Day Binder.

  • Attend periodic calls/meetings to confirm details.

  • Enjoy the wedding planning era!

How do I book an all inclusive package?

  • Once you’ve had a tour (in person or facetime), to book your dream wedding at Sunset Oaks Venue, email hello@sunsetoaksvenue.com with your ideal date!

  • You will receive a proposal via email.

  • Simply select your package, e-sign the contract, and pay the non-refundable date reservation fee within 7 days.

  • Once the 25% down is paid, you’ll receive your questionnaire to get the ball rolling.
