For the BUSY (decisive) Bride who wants professionals to handle the details and decorating with beautiful fresh florals!
“Just show up” with your officiant, photographer, HMU, dress: get married and party the night away!

Package questionnaire + consultation at booking (no need to chase vendor quotes and handle countless invoices- we book your vendors)
Month-of Wedding Coordinator(month-of to day-of details = handled)
Decorating service: design assistance, setup, and tear-down (all decorating done for you)
Rentals: Charger Plate & Linen napkin rentals (for an upscale tablescape)
2 extra hours of early bridal suite access (no rushing hair & makeup)

Let’s clear a few things up:
Is it required to add an All-Inclusive package to a rental?

Not at all. We offer it for couples who want a faster, smoother planning process with vetted pros and zero surprises. You can absolutely book Sunset Oaks without it.
Is the package price added to the venue rental fee?

Yes, the package is an addition to your venue rental. It covers services like catering, cake, florals, and more, chosen specifically for you.
Do I have to choose a package when I book?

No. Many couples book the venue first, and decide to add the package later. We’re flexible because we know life (and weddings) can shift. The earlier you add it, the longer you have support, and the more likely our top vendors will be available.
Can I customize a package?

Yes, to a point. We customize your guest count and in-house services, and we can possibly substitute an outside service, but we we don’t alter the external vendor list.
That said, every vendor is selected to match your preferences and availability, so you’re not getting a cookie-cutter wedding.
We encourage those who want a more custom combo of vendors to go with the Essential Package and assemble the rest of their vendors individually.
We purposely leave out photography and HMU due to the wide range of choices, styles, and personality fits.

For the budget conscious Bride who still wants to relax on the wedding day without asking her friends/family to decorate or “work” the wedding the day, yet she wants flexibility with her cake and floral budget.
