2-Day Rentals: a benefit of choosing a Friday!
Want to set up, rehearse, and host your rehearsal dinner onsite?
Add 2 pm to 8 pm Thursday to your Friday rental for $900.
That makes a 2 day rental less than the investment of a Saturday!
Discounts:
Bride or Groom who are active or retired military, teachers, nurses, or first responders are eligible for a $100 discount (max 1 discount per wedding). Thank you for your service to the community!
For SUMMER MONTHS ONLY: Jun-Jul-Aug take $1,000 off any all inclusive package if you host a reception-only (offsite ceremony)
Rentals are 12 hrs long:
7 hr setup + 5 hr wedding (ceremony to end of reception) + extra hour to pack up. (leave the cleaning to us)

“We got married on June 9, 2025, and it was such a perfect day! The venue was so so beautiful and it brought my vision to life. Our coordinator/decorator Cobi was absolutely amazing! She made our day so stress-free and fun! It was a beautiful, organized, and dream-filled day with her help.
The venue was the perfect size for the number of guests we had, and we got so many compliments on how beautiful and organized it was. The sunset was gorgeous and we loved that we could open up the garage doors onto the patio so that guests could enjoy it. There were lots of pictures taken with the sunset :)
The decor closet was such a big help to us and truly made it so much easier to perfect my vision. I am so grateful we got to use those beautiful items and it made our wedding day so beautiful. I'm still waiting on all my pictures back but I know I will cherish these memories forever because of how awesome Sunset Oaks was! I would recommend to anyone planning a wedding!”

Must-Know Info
Payment Terms:
TO BOOK: Date reservation fee is 25% of package + venue total, due within 7 days of contract signing to reserve a date. This is non-refundable.
Remaining balance will be divided into 2-3 additional payments. You may pay ahead using the invoice link at any time. ACH bank draft online, check, or cash are accepted with no processing fees.
Security (damage) Deposit- N/A. Instead, the month of the wedding, we will collect a credit card to put on file for incidentals.
Purchase event insurance (approximately $250+/-). You will be contacted with all the details on how to do this :-)
Bar Service:
The bar is EASY, custom, and affordable at Sunset Oaks.
From beer and wine to Signature Cocktails- just enjoy the party while our In-House Bar is open to your guests!
Simply book our full in-house bar to provide bartending and alcohol.
Choose how you’ll host:
Fully-hosted (an open tab on your card with spending check-ins) OR
Partially-hosted (open tab with $500 minimum spending limit) + swap to cash bar
Service starts at $595 Plus Tax & beverage consumption. Drinks start at $3 ea.
Required: Security officer, 1 officer per 125 guests, $250 each.
Vendor Options:
All Inclusive: done-for-you wedding packages where we hire the majority of your vendors, and you choose your menus, songs, flowers, etc.
In-House Services: Coordinating & Decorating services make the wedding day easy and seamless. Available a-la-carte or via an All Inclusive Package
Vendors We Love List: explore the pre-approved pros who have built a reputation for their service at Sunset Oaks (shared after your tour)
Open Vendor Policy: Hire a Licensed & Insured full service caterer (no DIY food), an Insured DJ, and any other pros of your choice. Caterers & DJ's must submit insurance for pre-approval.
