⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sunset Oaks Venue first caught my eye because of their super detailed and transparent website (go check for yourself!), no questions left unanswered. As a bride who was not yet living local this was huge for me as I couldn’t easily go visit there. So we booked on a hope that it was as beautiful in person as it looked online, my now husband cried when we were doing a tour and he saw me in the mirror of the bridal suite. Their help with every detail and decision made wedding planning SO MUCH easier and their decor closet is something I think every venue should have. They were super professional every step of the way and really showed they were experts in this area and set the standard for how all venues should be. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married! (Also the name really speaks for itself… the sunset was truly incredible there, such breathtaking scenery)

2-Day Rentals: a benefit of choosing a Friday!

Want to set up, rehearse, and host your rehearsal dinner onsite?

Add 2 pm to 8 pm Thursday to your Friday rental for $900.

That makes a 2 day rental less than the investment of a Saturday!


Discounts:

  • Bride or Groom who are active or retired military, teachers, nurses, or first responders are eligible for a $100 discount (max 1 discount per wedding). Thank you for your service to the community!

Rentals are 12 hrs long:

  • 7 hr setup + 5 hr wedding (ceremony to end of reception) + extra hour to pack up. (leave the cleaning to us)

“We got married on June 9, 2025, and it was such a perfect day! The venue was so so beautiful and it brought my vision to life. Our coordinator/decorator Cobi was absolutely amazing! She made our day so stress-free and fun! It was a beautiful, organized, and dream-filled day with her help.

The venue was the perfect size for the number of guests we had, and we got so many compliments on how beautiful and organized it was. The sunset was gorgeous and we loved that we could open up the garage doors onto the patio so that guests could enjoy it. There were lots of pictures taken with the sunset :)

The decor closet was such a big help to us and truly made it so much easier to perfect my vision. I am so grateful we got to use those beautiful items and it made our wedding day so beautiful. FAQ’s

  • How much do I need to put down to book a date? Date reservation fee is 25% of package + venue total, due within 7 days of contract signing to reserve a date. This is non-refundable.

  • Are there payment plans available, or is it all due at once? After the first 25% installment above, the remaining balance will be divided into 2-3 additional payments. You may pay ahead using the invoice link at any time. ACH bank draft online, check, or cash are accepted with no processing fees.

  • How much is the Security (damage) Deposit? We don’t charge you a formal security deposit. Instead, the month of the wedding, we will collect a credit card to put on file for incidentals.

  • Are there any other cost to expect if I only book the venue with no services? You will protect yourself and your legacy by purchasing event insurance (approximately $250+/-). You will be contacted with all the details on how to do this :-)

  • Do I have to find all my own vendors? You are welcome to hire outside, licensed and insured vendors. We will provide you with a VENDORS WE LOVE LIST online, and we offer ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGES if you prefer to have all that handled for you. All alcohol and BAR are in-house.

  • Do I have to go out and find a bartender and/or buy tons of alcohol? We hold a TABC On-Premise liquor license, so we have a full bar in-house with hundreds of options. No outside alcohol or outside bartenders by law. The time and energy saved by having a partnership with us will free you up for more important wedding details!   • How do I book the bar? You can add bar service at booking OR it’s already built into all All Inclusive Packages. NOTE: all additional services and all inclusive package costs will be added to the seasonal venue rental rate.
