Decorations listed here are included with your full day venue rental!

How it works:

Plan Your Decor: Shop Online and/or pick your decor in person by revisit the venue at Decor Open Houses to explore your decor plans.

Reserve Your Decor: 5 mo prior to your wedding, we share your blank Wedding Day Binder (Canva) containing your blank “Decor Reservation,” where you’ll list the item numbers and names to complete your reservation.

Day-of: The venue team will use the reservation to set your requested items on carts before your arrival. You and your helpers will set up per your plans. Our team will be available to pull additional items by request.

End of night: return all borrowed decor to the table closest to the kitchen, and the venue team will check it all back in.

Notes: Inventory items may evolve over time, so please wait until +/- 4 mo before the event to select your decor.

**PAID Decorating Service follows a different protocol starting 4 mo prior to the wedding, as decorating is all done for you on the day-of.

Reception Fabrics

The beautiful custom built farmhouse tables at Sunset Oaks do NOT require linens, woohoo! Table runners are a nice way to give a POP of your color palette.

Please avoid using fabrics on the cake table, as icing stains the runners permanently.
