Is there a discount for Cheryl’s current yoga students?
Yes! If you attend one of Cheryl’s other yoga classes, please enter 5off at registration to receive $5 off the cost of the class.
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself, a yoga mat (if you have one, no worries if not), and even a friend who registered for the class as well!
I’ve never done yoga. Is this the right class for me?
Absolutely- all fitness and yoga experience levels are invited. Cheryl provides modifications and technique coaching as well.
Is this outdoors?
Yes, it is located on a hilltop overlooking a meadow of rolling hills, all under a covered patio. Sounds relaxing, right?!
What if it rains?
We will assess the weather and safety conditions, but since the patios are covered, tentatively, class will go on or be moved inside. . An email notification will be sent if it’s cancelled.
What if something comes up, and I can’t come?
If done in advance, there should be a reschedule link in your confirmation email.

Directions:
From I-20 and State Hwy. 110, travel South East towards tyler for 9.3 miles, and Sunset Oaks is on the right (across from a water tower and church).
From Lindale at I-20 and Hwy. 69, travel South on Hwy. 69 for 3.4 mi, turn right on FM 3271 and travel for 2.4 mi. Turn right on HWY 110 N, and travel for 1,000 ft. Sunset Oaks is on the left (across from a water tower and church)
From Tyler, TX, at the Loop 323 and Hwy 110, (at Royal Donuts), turn North West and travel for 5.5 miles. Sunset oaks is on the left (across from a water tower and church)
