Everything we talk about on tour is already on the site. No surprises, no hidden fees.

If you explore in advance, you’ll spend your time soaking it in, not scribbling notes.

You get to choose your level of involvement. We’ll support you either way.

  • Meet us at the black double doors at your appointment time

  • If you arrive early, relax in the reception area, browse real weddings, or flip through decor options

  • Bring your fiancĂ©, family, planner, or whoever needs to see the space too

  • Ask all the questions. We’re here to help you see how this moment becomes your wedding day

đź—“ How to Secure a Date

  • After the tour, simply email info@sunsetoaksvenue.com with your ideal date

  • We’ll send you a proposal, you pick extras (if any), then e-sign to hold your date

  • A 25% non-refundable reservation fee secures your date (not a deposit)

  • Until you sign, we can’t guarantee your selection. Dates go fast!

If your heart leans toward yes by the end of the tour, and everything feels aligned, that’s when the real decision unfolds. We don’t pressure you. We just walk beside you until you know.

When you Arrive for your tour

Meet us up front at the black double doors at your appointment start time.

If you’re a little early, we may be finishing up an appointment. Feel free to wait in the reception space and browse wedding photos, and will be with you at your appointment time.

To Book a Date

To request a date, simply email hello@sunsetoaksvenue.com with your ideal date!

You’ll receive your proposal via email, choose additional services/packages (optional), then e-sign the contract. Congrats, your date is held!

The first payment is 25% down to secure the date. Due within 7 days. This is a non-refundable date reservation fee, not a deposit.

Please note- a date is held with a signed contract. We cannot guarantee your date will be available until it is requested, as dates can book quickly during certain periods.
