Planning is such an exciting time!

The tour is a fun time to get to know you two! You will have the ear of an experience wedding pro for almost an hour. We will take the time to show you around the venue, so coming with some overall info already decided will help you make make the most of the wedding venue tour!

NOTE: everything we discuss at the tour is actually on the website! No new information or surprise fees. If you study the website in advance, you’ll be soaking in the beautiful views instead of taking notes!

Before you make the trip, here’s how to prepare:

  • The Big Day

    -How many guests are we expecting ±?

    -What season/year do we prefer?

    -How are we financing the big day? And what’s a realistic budget?

  • The Experience

    Are you a crafty, organized DIY’er with tons of support?

    Or does decor give you anxiety?

    If you’re not a DIY’er, maybe the wedding is NOT the time to start.

    Explore options to “just show up” and get more from the venue than just the building.

When you Arrive for your tour

Meet us up front at the black double doors at your appointment start time.

If you’re a little early, we may be finishing up an appointment. Feel free to wait in the reception space and browse wedding photos, and will be with you at your appointment time.

To Book a Date

To request a date, simply email hello@sunsetoaksvenue.com with your ideal date!

You’ll receive your proposal via email, choose additional services/packages (optional), then e-sign the contract. Congrats, your date is held!

The first payment is 25% down to secure the date. Due within 7 days. This is a non-refundable date reservation fee, not a deposit.

Please note- a date is held with a signed contract. We cannot guarantee your date will be available until it is requested, as dates can book quickly during certain periods.
