Go ahead and review Pricing and Inclusions before you visit!
We do not live on the property, so each tour is a special trip we make just to meet you! For that reason, we ask for advanced notice if you can’t make it.
We have found it's best for couples to have a good understanding of their guest count and budget prior to coming onsite for a tour.
- We have a vast property, but the venue building itself is more intimate, suited for 175 MAX with a combo of indoor and patio seating. That’s why it’s important to have an idea of how many guests will attend your wedding (only a percentage of your invited guests) prior to booking tours.
- STOP HERE if you haven’t thought about budget yet. We completely understand if you have not made those big decisions yet. Here’s a link to a budget calculator so you have an accurate picture of what your ideal wedding vs. practical wedding will cost. Hint: The venue should only be about 25-30% of your total budget (including dress, flowers, food, etc)
- Budget discussions are tough, but having an idea of what you want and how you will be covering the cost will make your wedding planning much easier by focusing on the must-haves. You will enjoy your engagement MUCH more if you have made these decisions up front. We would never want you to fall in love with our venue or commit to a Saturday or a quickly approaching date then realize the numbers don’t work.
- To be completely transparent, if you utilize our inclusions at NO COST to you, schedule an off-peak date, and get creative on your catering, $10K is roughly the minimum total budget you will need (lots of factors here).
- There is no such thing at too little or too much glam in a naturally beautiful venue, so how you display your love story is completely up to you! Luxurious florals, videographer, favors, and fancier dinners will quickly bump budgets into the $15K+ range
- Fridays and Sundays offer steep discounts to enable a greater range of financial options to still have a beautiful wedding!
Please invite anyone to the tour who needs to see the venue in person before you feel comfortable making a commitment to signing a contract and reserve your date.
- Instead of private second tours, we ask that couples and their families attend one of our monthly open houses, so it's great to bring them along to the first tour instead of having to wait for an open house if possible.
Almost everything we discuss at a tour is actually on the website!
- Booking a venue can be super fun when you have a good understanding of your budget and the costs, available dates, inclusions, etc before the tour. That’s why we include so much information of the website, and we encourage you and your friends/family who will accompany you on the tour to browse the site before the tour.
Just a reminder- we do not hold dates without a contract.
- So it is possible that your preferred date may be booked prior to our tour. We try to keep the website up to date, but please check and make sure we have some dates still available that you are interested in prior to your tour.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour, please give us 24 hours notice.
- We love meeting couples in person, and each tour is time we set aside to make a special trip to the venue just for you, so we sincerely appreciate the notice if you can't make it for any reason!
