Venue Revisits- Booked Couples Open Houses
We love opening our doors to our booked couples! It means your access to the venue and support from our team lasts throughout your planning process, not just the day of. Don’t forget to RSVP:

What time should I start my ceremony?
Your ceremony time is set in your contract to suite the season and determine your access hours , please review. Music off 5 hrs after ceremony start time.
If you would like to change it, notify hello@sunsetoaksvenue.com at least 3 mo prior to the event date. This will change your access hours, as access ends 5 hrs after scheduled ceremony start time, then you have an hour to say “goodbyes,” pack up, and depart before the gate closes.
Fall/Winter: Consider you’ll need 1-2 hours of daylight after the ceremony for photos
Spring/Summer: Consider setting a reasonable dinner time (i.e. it takes an hour for buffet service, and kids, grandparents are accustomed to eating before 6 or 7).
Our advice for latest start times:
Nov-Mid March 3-4 p.m.
March-April, Sept-Nov 5 p.m.
May-Aug 6 p.m. (find a way to serve dinner at a reasonable time)
