For indoor events (up to 125 guests): $200/hr, 5 hr minimum MONDAY-THURSDAY only or Sundays in January, July, and August only.

ALCOHOL- we have an insurance restriction in which alcohol is NOT allowed onsite if the guest of honor is under 21 years old. i.e. minor birthday parties.
