When: JULY & AUGUST ONLY, indoor events (up to 100 guests) EXCLUDES SATURDAYS.
How Much: $200/hr, 5 hr minimum EXCLUDES SATURDAYS.
Saturdays are subject to wedding rates all year- starting at $4,900.
INCLUSIONS:
Includes reception building with custom floor plan, set up by the venue staff, tables, chairs.
Add-ons available by custom quote:
Decorations, decor setup service, Slushy Machine, Linens, select fresh greenery, bartending, security, DJ, Catering
RESTRICTIONS:
Available dates: EXCLUDES SATURDAYS.
‼️ ALCOHOL ‼️- we have an insurance restriction in which alcohol is NOT allowed onsite if the guest of honor is under 21 years old. i.e. minor birthday parties (sweet 16, graduation, etc).
Vendor policy- exclusive bartending services
DIY food/cooking onsite is not allowed. Events must provide full service caterers
All caterers & DJs must be insured and provide a COI with Sunset Oaks, Inc listed as additionally insured.
