Bridal Loft
Are you dreaming of spending the day with your #bridesquad? Can you see yourselves surrounded by natural light, tons of mirrors, and conveniences like private entry, mini-fridge, dress hooks, coffee bar and an abundance of outlets?
The Sunset Oaks bridal loft boasts vanity seating, a 48” LED mirror, and a modern farmhouse look with a gorgeous herringbone accent wall for the perfect “getting ready” photos.
Groom’s Den

The Sunset Oaks Groom’s Den has seating, attached “locker room,” TV, X-Box, Mini Fridge, private access, and a patio overlooking the 25 acre estate.

Reception Space
The Sunset Oaks reception space at our East Texas wedding venue is intimate yet versatile. We have tables and chairs to seat up to 160 guests indoors PLUS 40 additional guests on our covered patios overlooking the property.
The indoor space can be transformed into an indoor-outdoor oasis by opening any of the rollup doors to enjoy nice weather, expand capacity, and bring the outdoors inside.
We provide several sample floor plans for couples to choose from, and our staff provides setup of tables and chairs. Decorations and ivory crinkle linens are available in our “Something Borrowed” closet.

The reception space seats up to 160 indoors with dance floor plus up to 40 for popular al-fresco covered patio dining.

Custom built farmhouse tables are provided- no linens required!
Numerous options for head table and indoor ceremony locations including custom faux fireplace
Farmhouse tables can be combined width-wise for the look of round tables- with or WITHOUT a linen rental. (a floorpan of all double width tables is a great option for <100 guests)

Rollup doors may be opened if weather/lighting allows
