“Sunset Oaks is the most amazing wedding venue hands down! We toured so many other venues and as soon as we entered sunset oaks and met Amber (the owner) we knew it was the perfect place for us! The view at sunset and the wall of opening doors is what sealed the deal for us. Not to mention the decor closet is AMAZING! We saved so much money and saved time by getting the Cordinator/ decorator and I would recommend if you have a busy schedule or get overwhelmed easily to do this because it made my day stress free! Seasonal, date-based pricing
Want to set up, rehearse, and host your rehearsal dinner onsite?
Add 2 pm to 8 pm Thursday to your Friday rental for $900.
That makes a 2 day rental less than the investment of a Saturday!
Discounts: Bride or Groom who are active or retired military, teachers, nurses, or first responders are eligible for a $100 discount (max 1 discount per wedding). Thank you for your service to the community!
Rentals are 12 hrs long:
7 hr setup + 5 hr wedding (ceremony to end of reception).

The NOT so fine print…
TO BOOK: Date reservation fee is 25% of package + venue total, due within 7 days of contract signing to reserve a date. This is non-refundable.
Remaining balance will be divided into 2-3 additional payments. You may pay ahead using the invoice link at any time.
Security (damage) Deposit- N/A. Instead, the month of the wedding, we will collect a credit card to put on file for incidentals.
Purchase event insurance (approximately $250+/-). You will be contacted with all the details on how to do this :-)
Add-on security on your proposal ($200 for up to 125 guest, $400 for 125+ guests)- 3rd party security service arranged on your behalf. Included in all inclusive packages.
Add-on full service Bar Service Package on your proposal (starts at $495 for beer & wine service. Add mixer package, margarita machine, etc!) Included in all inclusive packages. Client purchases the alcohol separately.
*Partial day Corporate, Fundraiser, and Party rentals are available on non-Saturdays! Let us give you a custom quote here.
